Magnesium gel has been developed to maximise the bioavailability of magnesium. The gel increases the level of magnesium in your body. Magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness – helping your muscles and nervous system to function normally.

Directions for use:

Children from age 1: 1 pump a day provides 100 mg (27%*) of magnesium and 1 mg (71%*) vitamin B6.
